Mantova Starcross 2007

Again a great success for Pirelli in the Mantova Starcross

The Italian race of Mantova is one of the most interesting venues of the year, preceding the start of the World Championship and in a technical, spectacular, difficult racetrack.

For Pirelli this year the winner was Max Nagl, who confirms the excellence of the Scorpion MX tyres.
Waiting for the new World Championship season to start, this is a very good result increasing the already impressive palmares of Pirelli.

Together with Nagl David Philippaerts confirmed to be one of the riders definitely ready to fight for the top positons next season, riding his KTM bike really well despite a small crash in the final part of the race.

In the final standings Pirelli obtains the first two positions of the MX1, thanks to the German Nagl and to New Zealand's Coppins.
