The procedure for selecting new university graduates is broken down into two phases:

the first is based on
research activity
, screening, and assessment based on group dynamics and individual interviews

the second is based on
exploratory interviews
directly with the line manager and the HR function
Positively assessed candidates are placed in the company through a series of training and orientation activities.

: series of events that visit some of the most important university cities every year, allowing direct contact with graduates, students nearing graduation, and young professionals

: career service for career orientation, post-university training, recruitment, and communication aimed at students nearing graduation, new graduates, and young professionals.
