Job Rotation

In line with the philosophy adopted by Pirelli for professional development of its own employees (International Mobility, Development Paths, Career Paths and Training) the Job Rotation system is planned and realised to give people the chance to diversify their own experience and improve their skills.

Pirelli's presence on the five continents permits Job Rotation and growth within one's own professional family. For example, it is possible to move: from Research & Development to Operations , from Administration and Control to Finance , from Marketing to Sales ; from South America to Europe , and from Asia to the Middle East .

Job Rotation has two dimensions: International Mobility and Interfunctional Mobility.

The principles for managing Job Rotation are based on the Appraisal & Assessment evaluation systems, the organisational needs of Pirelli and personal aspirations.
