SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
He promotes the development of logistics management as a core competence for the organization, enabling the sector's supply chains to service dynamic customer requirements at optimum costs. He defines and manages the Logistics Budget (Logistics Costs); contributes to define and realize company strategy supporting Sector General Manager and countries' CEO on Logistic issues. He promotes innovation in his Function, leading Projects and improvement activities, and he ensures the correct Production Planning, Integration, Distribution, Production Allocation and Customer Service in terms of Product Availability and Delivery. He co-ordinates Fitting Units Operations and Service, and manages the Human Resources of the Function.

PLANNING AND ALLOCATION MANAGER
He contributes to definition of MP concerning Product Allocation, Product Availability, Moulds Investment budget, Moulds purchasing management; ensures correct product allocation on different production lines and plants.
He also co-operates with Purchasing department in order to manage logistics issues on Moulds supply process, and ensures Product Availability across the whole distribution network according to commercial objectives, managing in the most effective and efficient way related resources (distribution network, Production System, Technology constraints, Market constraints). He manages the advancement and assures the control of the service provided to the customers, through the planning of production and inventory deployment.

COUNTRY LOGISTIC MANAGER
He ensures the distribution to customers of the finished products of Manufacturing Units (O.E, Replacement and export) as well as warehouses.
He defines, manages and controls the work of haulers/transporters in order to provide the customer with the expected level of service and minimise stocks.
He also guarantees the procurement of finished products from factories abroad, minimising working capital; he also works in close collaboration with the Replacement Market Department on the management of product availability

DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
He defines Distribution Network according to service and costs objectives, and co-operates in defining tenders to choose suppliers, giving specification to Purchasing department. He develops Benchmarking analysis on the market, and defines and develops optimization processes with the aim to maximize efficiency and service level continuous improvement.
